Why do I still play LFS? Let's see. I don't have a life...No. wait... I still play LFS because I never could get the car to run over the power ups correctly seeing as they are never along the racing line. And I never could get the hang of the using little physics glitches to my advantage or other cars as guard rails like what's done with most of the other racing games out there. And I was never good at buying things. It's so much easier to use the little sliders to adjust the characteristics of the car than it is to decide on buying the NOS or getting the hyper injectors.
So Since I can't play games like those, I'm stuck with some remedial variant of going around in a circle.
Victory Motorcycles....
Polaris, who owned the brand decided to shut things down late last year. I rarely saw any of those bikes on the road.... until AFTER they shut down. Now I see them everywhere. My guess is dealers are unloading them for whatever they can get. I don't know if Victory sold bikes in Europe. But if so, you can probably get one pretty cheap. They were trying to compete with Harley and limited themselves to just cruiser models. With the fall in fuel prices and LOL the end of Sons of Anarchy, the fad for cruisers and motorcycles in general ended over here. I think that unless you're Ducati or Harley, if you want to start a motorcycle company, you should try to have more of a variety.
Polaris's other bike brand, Indian is still doing pretty good, but after what happened with Victory, how do I know they'll be around after I were to buy one? Because just like Victory, It's a niche market solely aiming for Harley customers. And that's sad. Cause If my bike konks out before I do, I was really liking those bikes as a replacement....

I got this great idea! By now you've gotten the hint that we're pretty much going to hell in a handbasket and there's not a whole lote that can be done about it. But since the world is spiraling towards its next dark age, may as well make a buck off it.
Fantasy warfare. Here in the US of A, we have these games called fantasy sports. I imagine y'all got something like that over there with football and cricket teams. I think it's popular with 30 something males too broke paying child support to do much else. Yeah - anyhow. How about something geared a little more towards the anti-social type who could give a rat's @ss about a bunch of over paid two digit IQ types chasing a ball around? I think with the continued spiral of morality, there might be a big market for it.
We do the same thing with warfare. We start fantasy wars with all the various factions in fantasy war leagues. Who wins is based on kills and money made within a set time frame. People make up their fantasy extremists based on current members and victory is declared if one persons group of idiots gets more kills or makes more money in real life during the time frame given.
That way you could go all out. Hezbola versus the Aryan Brotherhood.
The Gulf cartel versus those whack jobs in the jungles out in the Philippines. And of course ISIS versus M-13.
I pick M-13 by a minimum of 15 casualties and I dunno....50K US. in the next week. You have to account for losses within the groups too. IS takes out a lot of people and rakes in money, but M-13 rakes in more money and has fewer losses . I think they also have a larger territory.
See? Isn't that more appealing that basing wins and losses on how many
goals some clown makes? Actually fantasy sports teams are made from real life players that actually are on different teams and the players' performance is factored in on whose fantasy team wins.
We could do that, having different gangsters and terrorists on the same fantasy teams - factions. But we'd probably have to have a decent access to interpol, the CIA and whoever to get our stats.

You know. I pretty much gave up on S3 getting done in my lifetime. Can you will your license to your survivors? Yeah. It's going to be awhile on getting that. But I think the game should reflect more on contemporary times when it does finally come out. Something more in line with the times. So I'm thinking the game needs self driving race cars. You could also have these double as UBER cars in the cruise servers. Could also gear the game towards millennials by making it to where no matter what place you finish, you still win. Maybe rename the Pits to Safety Zone? There should also be emogis in the instructions. They seem to like those things.
Maybe marketing strategies need to be researched some too. Compared to the other video games out there, LFS has dismal sales numbers in North America. That can be fixed by doing two things. One. Add more violence. Show some mangled flesh in crashes.... Yeah. It'll sell like hotcakes. Two. Celebrity voice overs. We love that crap here. There's bound to be some washed up movie star desperate to get a paycheck that'll work cheap. Maybe the red headed kid from the Harry Potter movies? I dunno. Just some thoughts.
